This is an alert channel for contacting the Quality Assurance Agency (KSO) with a view to inform about:
  • what works well, which should thus be retained and/or given more space
  • what should be improved
  • what has to be dealt with immediately

Anonymity
Input should not be anonymous. Sometimes more information is required, and if the notifier wants feedback this would be necessary. However, the name of the notifier should be known to as few as possible, and is only acquired in cases where it is necessary to contact the notifier. However, this anonymity should be optional for the notifier, because there may be instances where the notifier believes that knowledge of who reports is important for the case.

Case processing
The quality assurance body's secretariat (KSS) processes the inquiries. The head of the secretariat will let the notifier know about the progress. The follow-up will depend on the type of case.

Cases of a practical nature will normally be handled immediately by the person responsible.

Demanding cases can be submitted to KSO.
