The Ombud for Students shall contribute to the students' legal rights, and that matters are resolved at the lowest level as possible. The Ombud for Students has a duty of confidentiality and the service is free.

Please contact the Ombud for Students when you

• have questions about your rights and obligation you have as a student
• want advice or help in your situation as a student
• are experiencing that you do not get an answer from your institution
• have challenges as a student and do not know who to contact 
  
  The Ombud for Students can, among other things
• read through drafts applications and complaints to your institution
• assist you if you are suspected of cheating 
• give advice and assist you when you consider reporting harassment
