Tonje Rasmussen

Tonje Rasmussen is an Educational Leader at Læringsverkstedet Konfektfabrikken ECEC center in Oslo. She is a graduated ECEC teacher from Queen Maud University College from 2007. Tonje also has further education within supervision of practice teachers. Today she works with the youngest children, in a department with children aged 1-2 years. In addition to her position as Educational Leader, she is also a practice supervisor for students at Innlandet University College. Besides her job she is a student at the master's program "ECEC Education and Toddler Science (0-3 years)" at the University College in Østfold, Halden.

Tonje is a co-researcher in EnCompetence and participates in data collection, interpretation of results, development of criteria and in the planning and implementation of intervention in her own ECEC.
