Tonje Sæther

Tonje Sæther was graduated as ECEC teacher at Oslo and Akershus University College in 2005. For the past two years she has conducted further studies in special needs education for people working with children and young people, and courses about learning environments and pedagogical leadership. Tonje works in Læringsverkstedet Dal ECEC center full time as an Educational Leader at a toddler base with 14 children and 4 adults.

Tonje is a co-researcher in EnCompetence and participates in data collection, interpretation of results, development of criteria and in the planning and implementation of intervention in her own ECEC.
