Accepted exchange students nominated from partner universities have housing guarantee in Trondheim.
After being accepted as an exchange student, you will receive an email with instructions on how to book a room and a special booking code for QMUC students. Please do not book room before you have received this information email.

The student accommodation is run by the Student Welfare Organization (SiT) and the tenancy contract is a contract between the student and SiT. QMUC is not an involved partner in the tenancy.

Normally, the international students get a room in Moholt student (expections can happen). In Moholt student village you find private rooms with shared facilities. Normally you share with three others, this could be both male and females.
The rooms at the student villages are furnished with the basics (bed, writing desk, cupboard, chair and table). Bedclothes and some kitchen utensils are provided by the International Office at QMUC.
