Reservation of rooms Students at QMUC may reserve rooms via TimeEdit. When you log in, a list of available rooms will appear. All group rooms and some of the classrooms are available for reservation. The following criteria apply when using the rooms: The purpose of the reservation shall be related to the study or student activities at the university college The student who reserves the room must be present during the reservation hours The student who reserves the room is responsible for closing all windows and doors after use Desks and chairs must be put in place after use Litter must be removed It is prohibited to stay in the buildings after 23.30 hours and before 06.00 hours (both weekends and weekdays) due to alarm that will be activated. In case of call-out of the security firm, this will imply costs.
