Obligation to observe secrecy
Students at QMUC are subject to the obligation to observe secrecy in the study (cf. the Act Relating to Universities and University Colleges § 4-6). The obligation to observe secrecy is pursuant to the Public Administration Act § 13 and the Kindergarten Act § 20.
Students have, like staff in ECEC institutions, the obligation to observe secrecy about matters regarding the children, the children’s home and about matters in the ECEC institution that he or she gets to know about during the practical training periods.
The obligation to observe secrecy also applies in relation to fellow students and others at the university college.
International exchange students will get the secrecy form when they arrive at QMUC.
