Prosjektet skal undersøke pedagogiske lederes erfaringer med, forståelse av og holdninger til uenighet og konflikt i utviklingsarbeid. I tillegg undersøkes om, og i så fall på hvilke måter, uenighet og konflikt kan virke hemmende og/eller fremmende for kollektiv læring i disse prosessene.
