DMMH oppfordrer lærere og ansatte til å besøke andre høyere utdanningsinstitusjoner (HEI) for undervisning og opplæring på mobilitetsstipend innenfor ERASMUS-programmet. Det er også personalutveksling med HEI i andre deler av verden.

DMMH er vert for mange besøkende lærere og andre ansatte fra partnerinstitusjoner. Mobilitetsbesøkene varer fra 2 dager og opptil 1 uke. PhD-studenter kommer på mobilitetsbesøk i perioder på opptil 6 måneder. Lærer- og ansattmobilitet har gitt svært positive erfaringer for våre egne og våre partneres lærere og ansatte.
