Synnøve Bang

Synnøve Bang is originally from Helgeland, in the north of Norway. She works as Educational leader in Sollia ECEC center, in a department which has 19 children aged 4-5 years. She has been an employee in Sollia for 10 years. Synnøve has a bachelor's degree in ECEC teacher education from Queen Maud University College, with a specialization in outdoor activities. In addition, she has further studied special needs education at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Synnøve is a co-researcher in EnCompetence and participates in data collection, interpretation of results, development of criteria and in the planning and implementation of intervention in her own ECEC.
