Tove Ravnholt

Tove Ravnholt is an Educational Leader in Espira Gartnerløkka ECEC center in Oslo. Tove’s education is a professional bachelor in pedagogy and education from the University College of Lillebælt, Denmark, which corresponds to ECEC teacher education in Norway. In addition, she has an educational diploma in special needs education. Tove has long experience as a pedagogical staff member, ECEC teacher and educational leader through 17 years of work in various institutions and ECEC, among other things from Farm ECEC centers. Today she works as an educational leader in a department with 24 children aged 3-6 years and 4 employees.

Tove is a co-researcher in EnCompetence and participates in data collection, interpretation of results, development of criteria and in the planning and implementation of intervention in her own ECEC.
